Connected Care through “App-based”

Driving Connected Care through “App-based” ultrasound

Ultrasound has become the modality of choice for many because it is effective and mobile. The challenge is that even with ultrasound, there is still a lag in time between patient need and treatment. Philips is partnering with clinicians to co-create mobile ultrasound ecosystem to support connected care.

Mobile ultrasound ecosystem and consortium

Leading U.S. physicians and institutions collaborate with Philips to create an open-innovation environment to foster new mobile ultrasound solutions for improved clinical performance and patient care. The Consortium will consist of experts from across the healthcare continuum, including bioengineers, radiologists, clinicians and payors, who will conduct research and explore mobile ultrasound solutions to be deployed from hospital to home to improve patient care, increase patient satisfaction and decrease health care delivery costs. We are actively seeking members. Please sign up for consideration below.
